From tortillas to lemonade - we make everything from scratch and are completely committed to the freshness of our meals. Every time you eat with us, know that we have unpacked all necessary ingredients that morning and started preparing your food.
All of the food available at our locations are homegrown. We believe in the quality of domestic production and have partnerships with only the best authorized family-run farms.
In order for everything to function perfectly, the atmosphere amongst the Madre team must be just that, perfect. Because we are one big family we are able to manage and provide maximum nutritious and fresh meals, which are ready for you within 90 seconds.
As a kid, I loved spending time in the kitchen with my grandmother and mom ... I enjoyed the scents ... The first time I walked into an authentic and big kitchen was at the InterContinental Hotel in Belgrade, 20 years ago. That is where I learned my first steps and began to understand the kitchen. The following year I continued to work at the Claredge's Hotel in London. It was there where I began to feed my imagination and really take my passion for cooking seriously and knew that I was heading in the right direction. I realized that I definitely had a vision of what I wanted to become: a Chef! As of 2011, I have been a part of the Burrito Madre group. I have the incredible honor, privilege and good fortune to have over 150 chefs at 11 restaurants on our team. We operate across the continent, which makes my whole task very interesting and exciting. My motto is - the chef is only as good as the last plate he served.
Hello mates, my name is Igor. I have been working at Burrito Madre for about three years. I'm the chef at the ‘Bulevar’ location. I love this job because I work with healthy and high-quality foods that make your meals delicious and nutritious. It is my biggest pleasure to prepare unique, delicious and, above all, very healthy meals. My motto - good job in the kitchen requires good organization, hygiene and high-quality work.
I've been part of the Burrito Madre family for 5 years now. I enjoy my work and my favorite burrito is the ‘Carnitas’, it’s a must-try!
